Watermelon non-thermal pasteurization

 

Watermelon non-thermal pasteurization (in less than 45ºC) has been done successfully in PNF which results certified by FDO (Iran Food and Drug Organization). This process could maintain organoleptic properties, physical specification and nutritional value of watermelon juice desirably.

Color, taste, odor and appearance of watermelon juice are same before and after pasteurization process.

 

As it seen the quality of watermelon juice has been maintained favorably.
