Non-thermal pasteurization of fruit juices:

Nano-cavitation technology has been investigated for non-thermal pasteurization of fruit juices. Tomato juice pasteurization in clean room tent at production zone of PNF has been investigated. In first step, appropriate results were obtained from microbial and physicochemical test, in the second step, nutritional value test of tomato juice will be tested. Also, application of Nano-cavitation technology for Non-thermal pasteurization of herbal distillates will be surveyed in future.

Non-thermal pasteurization and simultaneous homogenization by Nano-cavitation technology is a novel procedure that maintain nutritional value of milk and beverage and also reduce energy consumption.
